                  How can the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Long Island Chapter ever  thank you for your lively and fabulous performance at the "Sylvia Lawry  luncheon" on May 16,2005, at Carlyle On The Green.

                 The luncheon was such a great success. Those who attended the affair were  singing, moving to the music in their seats, and smiling throughout the afternoon. We thank you for being such an important part of the entertainment.  We could not have offered this luncheon without people like you to assist us with such wonderful talent.

                We truly appreciated your musical contribution in making the "Sylvia Lawry  Luncheon" a success.
